Mobile Patrols are visits carried out to your property at regular but random intervals by our SIA licensed security patrol officers on a daily basis, 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year.

Our experienced team will carry out a full security assessment including a risk assessment survey of the premises.

If you are a residential customer, we will ask you for a typical weekly pattern of life which could include times that gardeners or cleaners are on site.  For commercial customers, we will gather information such as running times. Click here to download an example pattern of life.

Each of our high visibility, sign written patrol vehicles operate within a specific geographical area.  All our staff have extensive knowledge of your local area and have a full understanding of all customer information.  A Matter of Security (Patrols) has weekly staff meetings to discuss crime trends and crime activity in your area which is reported to us by local authorities and neighbourhood watch teams.

Typical Mobile Patrol Checklist

  • Windows
  • Doors
  • Electric Gates
  • Side Gates
  • Garage Doors
  • Vehicles on Driveway
  • Untoward Activity around the premises

Mobile Patrols includes a full check of all visible entry points into the premises including vehicles parked on the driveway and surrounding areas.

A key holder of your choice will be notified by our team should anything on the premises be different from your normal day to day circumstances.

As a mobile patrol customer, you can also increase the level of your patrols whilst away from the property. If you are planning a holiday or a business trip, then we can increase the level of our coverage.
